It helped me to understand why he reacted to me the way he did. All along I was blaming him when he was only reacting to the hurt he was feeling because of the things I promised to him.I'm learning now to use my words more carefully and if I say I will do something to follow through and try and repair the relationship and rebuild a new level of trust.Thanks After reading this article I realize that my words have hurt someone close to me.
